Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kuningan. Populasi dan Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kuningan, variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja, sedangakan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan uji hipotesis. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 70 pegawai. Sumber data didapat dari hasil kuesioner dan teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program statistika SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (i) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kuningan; (ii) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kuningan; (iii) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif danP signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kuningan.

This research aimed to determine and analyze the effect of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kuningan Regency. The population and sample of this research were all employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kuningan Regency. The independent variables in this study were work environment, work discipline, and work motivation, while the dependent variable was employee performance. The research method used was a quantitative method with a hypothesis testing approach. The sampling method used was a saturated sample with a total of 70 employees. The data source was obtained from questionnaires, and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 27 statistical program. The results of the research showed that: (i) the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kuningan Regency; (ii) work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kuningan Regency; (iii) work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kuningan Regency.
