Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, Pengaruh Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan pada PT Aretha Nusantara Farm dengan Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 84 responden. Teknik pegambilan sampel yang di gunakan yaitu proporsional random sampling, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, data penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan sofware IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signfiikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap poroduktivitas kerja. Secara simultan kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja.

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of compensation, work discipline, and work motivation on work productivity. This research was quantitative. The population in this research comprised employees at PT Aretha Nusantara Farm with a sample of 84 respondents. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling, the data collection method used a questionnaire, and research data were tested using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results of this research showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Simultaneously, compensation, work discipline, and work motivation had a significant effect on work productivity.
