Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung pengaruh pengawasan dan punishment terhadap disiplin kerja melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. ASP Land Group dengan sampel sebanyak 47 orang dan menggunakan teknik sampling total. Penelitian ini menggunakan persamaan regresi analisis jalur (path
analysis) yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh tidak langsung pengawasan dan punishment terhadap disiplin kerja melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi menggunakan Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 26. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket yang berisi pernyataan dan disebarkan melalui google
form kepada responden. Hasil penelitian dari hipotesis yang diajukan memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa (1) Pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. (2) Punishment tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. (3) Pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin
kerja. (4) Punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. (5) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. (6) Motivasi kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja. (7) Motivasi kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh punishment terhadap disiplin kerja.

This study aimed to examine the direct and indirect effects of supervision and punishment on work discipline through work motivation as a mediating variable. The sample in this study consisted of 47 employees of PT. ASP Land Group, selected using a total sampling technique. The study employed path analysis regression
equations to test the indirect effects of supervision and punishment on work discipline through work motivation as a mediating variable, using the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26. The research instrument was a questionnaire containing statements distributed to respondents via Google Forms. The results of the hypotheses tested led to the following conclusions (1) Supervision
had a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (2) Punishment had no
effect and was not significant on work motivation. (3) Supervision had a positive and significant effect on work discipline. (4) Punishment had a positive and significant effect on work discipline. (5) Work motivation had a positive and significant effect on work discipline. (6) Work motivation did not mediate the effect of supervision on work discipline. (7) Work motivation did not mediate the effect of punishment on work discipline.
