Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pelaku UMKM untuk beradaptasi dalam meningkatkan daya saing bisnis, salah satunya melalui implementasi E-commerce. Penelitian ini merancang sistem penjualan online berbasis web dengan model Business-To-Consumer (B2C) pada Demei.id, sebuah usaha yang bergerak di bidang buket dan handcraft. Masalah yang dihadapi antara lain tidak ada media penjulana dan keterbatasan media promosi, sulitnya akses informasi produk, serta proses pemesanan yang dilakukan secara langsung. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfall, melalui tahapan berurutan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian, dan implementasi. Teknologi yang digunakan meliputi PHP dan MySQL. Fitur-fitur utama sistem ini meliputi manajemen produk, pemesanan, pembayaran, promosi, loyalitas pelanggan, layanan pencarian, layanan pelanggan, dan pelaporan penjualan. Sistem ini juga menyediakan katalog produk yang mudah diakses, fitur filter produk berdasarkan kategori atau harga, deskripsi dan gambar produk yang lengkap, serta layanan chat langsung untuk membantu pelanggan dalam proses pemesanan. Tersedia pilihan pembayaran digital yang memudahkan transaksi serta pelacakan status pesanan secara real-time. Dengan adanya sistem ini pelanggan dapat bertransaksi dengan lebih nyaman dan efisien, pelaku usaha dapat mengelola operasional secara lebih terstruktur. Platform ini turut membuka peluang perluasan jangkauan layanan Demei.id ke pasar yang lebih luas.

The development of information technology encourages UMKM actors to adapt in order to enhance business competitiveness, one of them is through the implementation of E-commerce. This study designs a -based online sales system using the Business-To-Consumer (B2C) model for Demei.id, a business engaged in bouquets and handicrafts. The problems faced include limited promotional media, difficulty in accessing product information, and a manual ordering process. The system is developed using the waterfall method, consisting of sequential phases: requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. The technologies used include PHP and MySQL. The main features of this system include product management, ordering, payment, promotions, customer loyalty, search services, customer service, and sales reporting. The system also provides an easily accessible product catalog, product filters based on category or price, complete product descriptions and images, and a live chat service to assist customers during the ordering process. Digital payment options are available to facilitate transactions, as well as real-time order status tracking. With this system, customers can make transaction more conveniently and efficiently, and business owners can manage operations in a more structured manner. The platform also opens up opportunities for Demei.id to expand its services to a broader market.
