Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, soft skill dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini sampel probabilitas (probability samling). Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 230 responden dari total populasi sebanyak 503. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dimana variabel-variabel independennya adalah Efikasi Diri, Soft Skill dan Motivasi Kerja sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah Kesiapan Kerja. Alat yang digunakan dalam uji statistic menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Statistics 22.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara Efikasi Diri, Soft Skill dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kesiapan Kerja. Hasil penelitian secara parsial Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kesiapan Kerja, Soft Skilll berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kesiapan Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Kuningan Angkatan 2020.

This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy, soft skills and work motivation on work readiness. The type of research carried out is quantitative. The sampling technique in this research is a probability sample ( probability samling ). In this research, the sample used was 230 respondents from a total population of 503. The data used in this research was primary data and data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression where the independent variables are Self-Efficacy, Soft Skills and Work Motivation while the dependent variable is Work Readiness. The tool used in statistical testing uses the SPSS Statistics 22 application. The results of this research show that there is a joint influence between Self-Efficacy, Soft Skills and Work Motivation on Work Readiness. Partial research results: Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Work Readiness, Soft Skill l has a positive and significant effect on Work Readiness, and Work Motivation has a positive effect on Work Readiness of Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Kuningan University Class of 2020.
