Abstract

E-commerce merupakan bisnis jual beli barang atau jasa secara online, sedangkan
B2B adalah transaksi elektronik antar bisnis. Penjualan di CV Buana Grafika
kepada mitra selama ini masih mengandalkan komunikasi manual melalui pesan
singkat atau telepon, sehingga membuat proses pembelian barang menjadi lambat.
Kurangnya transparansi harga kepada mitra turut menghambat efisiensi dalam
kerjasama bisnis. Dalam industri percetakan, kolaborasi antar percetakan
membantu pemenuhan stok barang lebih cepat, terutama ketika barang diperlukan
segera untuk produksi. Penerapan E-commerce B2B di CV Buana Grafika
diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan stok barang
serta transaksi, menjadikannya lebih cepat, mudah, dan aman. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk merancang sistem E-commerce B2B yang mendukung penjualan,
transparansi stok, dan transaksi di CV Buana Grafika. Sistem dikembangkan
menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan alat bantu Draw.io, Google Chrome,
VSCode, dan XAMPP. Uji coba terhadap 20 responden menunjukkan tingkat
kepuasan pengguna sebesar 89%, menunjukkan bahwa sistem efektif dalam
membantu pengelolaan penjualan dan stok barang, meskipun masih terdapat ruang
untuk peningkatan lebih lanjut.

E-commerce is the business of buying and selling goods or services over the
internet, while B2B (Business-to-Business) refers to electronic transactions
conducted between businesses. CV Buana Grafika developed a web-based E
commerce system to facilitate stock management and transaction handling for
business partners and warehouse staff in the printing sector. This research aims
to design a B2B E-commerce system to support sales and transparency of stock
data and transactions at CV Buana Grafika in Kuningan Regency. The E
commerce system was developed using the Waterfall method, with tools such as
Draw.io, Google Chrome, VSCode, and XAMPP. The trial was conducted with 20
respondents, resulting in a User satisfaction rate of 89%. These results indicate
that the system is effective in assisting with sales and inventory management,
although there are still opportunities for improvement.
