Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, dan pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Sebanyak 40 PNS pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Kuningan menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berbentuk lembaran dokumen dengan skala Likert dan jenis data ordinal. Data hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Kepemimpinan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, demikian pula dengan pengawasan yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai.

This study aimed to determine the influence of work motivation, leadership, and supervision on employee work discipline. The method used in this study was quantitative descriptive analysis, with data collection techniques using a saturated sample technique. A total of 40 civil servants at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration in Kuningan Regency were the sample for this study. Data were collected using a questionnaire in the form of document sheets with a Likert scale and ordinal data type. The research data were processed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Leadership also had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline, as did supervision, which also had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline.
