Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh keterlibatan Pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai. (2) Pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kinerja pegawai. (3) Pengaruh keterlibatan Pegawai dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang digunakan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kuningan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik sampel jenuh atau cara sensus yang respondennya seluruh pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara menyebar kuesioner dan pengukurannya menggunakan skala interval. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang dibantu dengan sofware IBM SPSS versi 24.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Keterlibatan Pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (2) Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (3) Keterlibatan Pegawai dan efikasi diri secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of employee involvement on employee performance, (2) the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance, and (3) the combined effect of employee involvement and self-efficacy on employee performance. A quantitative method was used, employing both descriptive and verification analyses. The population consisted of employees from the Kuningan Regency Transportation Office. A saturated sample technique, or census method, was employed, with all employees included as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and measurements using an interval scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS software version 24.0. The research results indicate that: (1) Employee involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) Employee involvement and self-efficacy together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
