Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, kompensasi, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap retensi karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di PT. Permata Karya Perdana di Kota Jakarta. Sampel ditentukan dengan responden sebanyak 46 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner (angket). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrument (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS 26.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh signifikan dari pengembangan karir, kompensasi, dan komitmen organisasional secara simultan terhadap retensi karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial dapat dilihat bahwa pengembangan karir, kompensasi, dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah semakin baik pengembangan karir, kompensasi, dan komitmen organisasional suatu perusahaan, maka semakin baik pula retensi karyawan perusahaan tersebut. Saran bagi Perusahaan terkait adalah dapat mempertahankan dan mengembangkan lagi mengenai pengembangan karir, kompensasi, dan komitmen organisasional.

Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Karir, Kompensasi, dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Retensi Karyawan.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development, compensation, and organizational commitment on employee retention. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT. Permata Karya Perdana in Jakarta City. The sample was determined with a total of 46 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this study are instrument test (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination for hypothesis testing using the SPSS 26.0 for Windows program. The results showed that there was a significant effect of career development, compensation, and organizational commitment simultaneously on employee retention. Based on the partial test results, it can be seen that career development, compensation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee retention. The conclusion of this study is that the better the career development, compensation and organizational commitment of a company, the better the company's employee retention. Suggestions for related companies in order to maintain and further develop career development, compensation and organizational commitment.
