Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pertambangan Sub Sektor Batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022 (BEI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi data panel. Sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility and Profitability on the Value of Coal Sub-Sector Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 (IDX). The research method used is quantitative with regression analysis of panel data. The sampling used is saturated Sampling. Hypothesis testing in the study shows that Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility and Profitability have a positive and significant effect on company value.
