Abstract

Fenomena masalah dalam penelitian ditandai selama tahun 2022 sampai dengan tahun 2023 Mo Kopi mengalami penurunan pengunjung setiap tahunya serta kalah bersaing dari kafe sejenis yang berada di sekitar Jl. RE. Martadinata. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa penjualan yang menurun sebagai akibat dari keputusan pembelian konsumen. Permasalahan pada keputusan pembelian konsumen ini harus segera diatasi agar Mo Kopi bisa meningkatkan pendapatannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh keragaman produk dan store atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian kuantitatif serta jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dan verfikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini, yaitu konsumen yang sudah melakukan pembelian pada Mo Kopi Ancaran Kuningan. sampel diambil sebanyak 100 orang karena populasi tidak diketahui secara pasti. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket dengan skala Interval 1-10. Analisis terdiri dari analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi kalasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heterokedastisitas), analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis (Uji F dan uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) keragaman produk dan store atmosphere secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Mo Kopi Ancaran Kuningan, (2) keragaman produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Mo Kopi Ancaran Kuningan, dan (3) store atmosphere berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Mo Kopi Ancaran Kuningan.

Mo Kopi experiencing a decline in visitors annually and losing competitiveness to similar cafes located around Jl. RE. Martadinata. This indicated that declining sales were a result of consumer purchase decisions. The problem of consumer purchase decisions needed to be addressed promptly so that Mo Kopi could increase its revenue. The research objective was to determine the influence of product diversity and store atmosphere on purchase decisions. The research method was quantitative, using descriptive and verificative research types. The population in this study consisted of consumers who had made purchases at Mo Kopi Ancaran Kuningan. A sample of 100 people was taken because the population was not precisely known. Data collection techniques utilized documentation and questionnaires with a scale of Interval 1-10. The analysis consisted of descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroskedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing (F test and t test). The results showed that: (1) product diversity and store atmosphere together influenced consumer purchase decisions at Mo Kopi Ancaran Kuningan, (2) product diversity positively influenced consumer purchase decisions at Mo Kopi Ancaran Kuningan, and (3) store atmosphere positively influenced consumer purchase decisions at Mo Kopi Ancaran Kuningan.
