Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Locus Of Control Internal dan Locus Of Control Eksternal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Kuesioner dengan analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Alfamart di Kecamatan Kuningan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 93 karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala interval. Data hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Locus Of Control Internal secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Locus Of Control Eksternal secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

This research aims to determine the influence of Internal Locus of Control and External Locus of Control on Employee Performance. The method used in this research is the questionnaire method with descriptive and quantitative analysis.
This research was conducted on Alfamart employees in Kuningan District. The sample taken was 93 employees using a saturated sample. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with an interval scale. The research data were processed using the SPSS version 20 application. The research results showed that Internal Locus of Control partially had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and External Locus of Control partially had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
