Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia juga menyangkut desain dan implementasi sistem perencanaan, penyusunan karyawan, pengembangan karyawan, pengelolaan karier, evaluasi kinerja, kompensasi karyawan dan hubungan ketenagakerjaan yang baik. Manajemen sumber daya manusia melibatkan semua Keputusan dan praktik manajemen yang mempengaruhi secara langsung sumber daya manusianya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh (sampel populasi). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Puskesmas Kramatmulya sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala Interval. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen karyawan, (4) Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen karyawan, (5) Komitmen karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, (6) Komitmen karyawan dapat memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (7) Komitmen karyawan dapat memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Human resource management also involved the design and implementation of planning systems, employee recruitment, employee development, career management, performance evaluation, employee compensation, and good labor relations. Human resource management involved all management decisions and practices that directly affected its human resources. The method used in this study was a quantitative method. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample (population sample). The population in this study was all employees of Puskesmas Kramatmulya, totaling 50 people. The data collection technique used questionnaires with an interval scale. Data analysis used path analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) Work stress had a negative effect on employee performance, (2) Workload had a negative effect on employee performance, (3) Work stress had a negative effect on employee commitment, (4) Workload had a negative effect on employee commitment, (5) Employee commitment had a positive effect on employee performance, (6) Employee commitment could mediate the effect of work stress on employee performance, and (7) Employee commitment could mediate the effect of workload on employee performance.
