Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Komitmen Karyawan (Survey Pada UD Putra TS Toserba Majalengka). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap komitmen karyawan, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen karyawan, dan pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Studi Lapangan dan Studi Kepustakaan. Dalam penentuan sampel digunakan Teknik Cluster Random Sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 157 responden, Skala yang digunakan adalah Likert dengan instrumen penelitian berupa angket/kuesioner.
Hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi menunjukan bahwa nilai R2 0.646 berarti variabel stres kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen karyawan sebesar 64% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

This research is entitled The Effect of Work Stress and Work Motivation on Employee Commitment (Survey of UD Putra TS at Majalengka Serba Store). The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work stress on employee commitment, the influence of work motivation on employee commitment, and the influence of work stress and work motivation on employee commitment. The data collection techniques used were field studies and literature studies. In determining the sample, the Cluster Random Sampling Technique was used, the sample in this study was 157 respondents. The scale used was Likert with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire.
The results of the Coefficient of Determination Test show that the R2 value of 0.646 means that the variables of work stress and work motivation simultaneously influence employee commitment by 64% while the remaining 36% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.
