Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi, Efektivitas Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Toserba Fajar Luragung yang berjumlah 50 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu keseluruhan karyawan disebut dengan total sampel. Dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan teknik angket, dengan skala likert dengan skala interval 1 sampai dengan 5. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS for windows versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kompensasi, Efektivitas Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. (2) Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. (3) Efektivitas Gaya Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. (4) Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.

The study aims to find out the impact of Compensation, The Effectiveness of Leadership Styles and Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this study is the entire Toserba Fajar Luragung employee of 50 employees. The sampling technique in this study uses probability samplings, which means the entire employee is calles a total sample. In gathering data using a lifting technique, with a likert scale with an interval scale of 1 to 5. The data processing techniques used are descriptive analysis, slassical assumption tests, double linear regression, determination coefficients and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS for windows 23.0 version application. Research results show that: (1) Compensation, Leasership Style Effevtiveness and Work Discipline simultaneously affect job satisfaction; (2) Partial Compensation has a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction; (3) Leadership Styles Effectiveness has a partial positive impact on eployement satisfaction. (4) Work Discipline partially has a positive impact on job satisfaction
