Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh locus of control, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan supermarket di kab. Kuningan wilayah kota dengan sampel sebanyak 140 dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian dan analisis pada program SPSS ver.25. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket dan google formulir yang disebarkan langsung pada responden. Hasil pengujian dari hipotesis yang diajukan memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa (1) locus of control, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to determine how the influence of locus of control, work stress and work environment on employee performance. This type of research uses a Quantitative approach. The population in this study were supermarket employees in kab. Kuningan city area with a sample of 140 and using purposive sampling technique. This research uses testing and analysis on the SPSS ver.25 program. This research instrument is a questionnaire and google form distributed directly to respondents. The test results of the proposed hypothesis concluded that (1) locus of control, work stress and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. (2) locus of control has a positive effect on employee performance. (3) work stress has a negative effect on employee performance. (4) work environment has a positive effect on employee performance.
