Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan Etos Kerja Terhadap Kinerja secara bersama-sama/simultan (2) Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja (3) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja (4) pengaruh Etos Kerja Terhadap Kinerja. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif dan jumlah responden sebanyak 101 responden yang merupakan perangkat desa kecamatan cimahi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas serta teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis yaitu uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan etos kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. (2) kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. (3) budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. (4) etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan etos kerja sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja.

The aim of this research is to determine: (1) The influence of leadership, organizational culture and work ethic on performance simultaneously (2) The influence of leadership on performance (3) the influence of organizational culture on performance (4) the influence of work ethic on performance. The method used is a quantitative method with associative research type and the number of respondents is 101 respondents who are Cimahi sub-district village officials with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results of this research are (1) leadership, organizational culture and work ethic jointly (simultaneously) have a significant effect on performance. (2) leadership has a positive and significant influence on performance. (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on performance. (4) work ethic has a positive and significant effect on performance. From the results of this research it can be concluded that the better the leadership, organizational culture and work ethic, the better the performance.
