PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP CYBERLOAFING DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap cyberloafing, pengaruh stres kerja terhadap cyberloafing, pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh cyberloafing terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh beban kerja secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui cyberloafing, dan pengaruh stres kerja secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui cyberloafing. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai non medis non ASN RSUD Linggajati Kuningan sebanyak 98 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale yang dianalisis melalui analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap cyberloafing, stres kerja berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap cyberloafing, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, cyberloafing berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui cyberloafing, dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui cyberloafing.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of workload on cyberloafing, the effect of work stress on cyberloafing, the effect of workload on employee performance, the effect of work stress on employee performance, the effect of cyberloafing on employee performance, the indirect effect of workload on employee performance through cyberloafing, and the indirect effect of work stress on employee performance through cyberloafing. The method used was a survey method with a correlational descriptive analysis approach. The research population was all 98 non-medical, non-ASN employees of Linggajati Kuningan Regional Hospital. The sampling technique used saturated sampling so that the entire population was used as a sample. The data collection technique used a rating scale model questionnaire which was analyzed through path analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that workload had a significantly positive effect on cyberloafing, work stress had a significantly positive effect on cyberloafing, workload had a significantly negative effect on employee performance, work stress had a significantly negative effect on employee performance, cyberloafing had a significantly negative effect on employee performance, workload had an indirect negative effect on employee performance through cyberloafing, and work stress had an indirect negative effect on employee performance through cyberloafing.
