Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan hasil dari analisis terkait pengaruh pengembangan karir, penempatan, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Mitra Periangan Persada merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distribusi barang konsumsi, khususnya produk makanan dan minuman ringan. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan
adalah sampling jenuh dengan responden sebanyak 88 orang. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Karir, Penempatan, Lingkungan kerja, Kepuasan Kerja.

This research was the result of an analysis related to the effect of careerdevelopment, placement, and work environment on job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Periangan Persada, a company engaged in the distribution of consumer goods, especially food and soft drink products. This research was a quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires with survey methods. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with 88 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS. The results showed that career development had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job placement had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and the work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
