Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada banyaknya kasus intoleransi dan kekerasan yang terjadi kepada peserta didik di lingkungan sekolah dasar yang disebabkan karena adanya keragaman suku, agama, ras dan budaya. Sulitnya membangun rasa toleransi di kalangan peserta didiklah yang menyebabkan terjadinya kasus intoleransi dan kekerasan tersebut. Kurikulum Merdeka yang saat ini diterapkan menitikberatkan pada penguatan karakter dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang salah satu dimensinya adalah kebhinekaan global. Kebhinekaan global harus dimiliki peserta didik karena dunia ini penuh dengan keragaman di tengah ancaman disintegrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh dampak penerapan Project Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila terhadap dimensi kebhinekaan global peserta didik di kelas 5 SD Yos Sudarso Cigugur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk menganalisis secara mendalam dampak penerapan Project Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila terhadap dimensi kebhinekaan global peserta didik. Subjek utama dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 peserta didik kelas 5 di SD Yos Sudarso Cigugur. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan mengacu pada model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Project Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila berdampak pada peningkatan dimensi kebhinekaan global dalam diri peserta didik. Secara keseluruhan, peserta didik kelas 5 di SD Yos Sudarso Cigugur sudah mencapai 82% dari indikator kebhinekaan global. Persentase pencapaian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa karakter kebhinekaan global peserta didik di kelas 5 SD Yos Sudarso Cigugur sudah masuk ke dalam kriteria berkembang sesuai harapan.

This research is based on the many cases of intolerance and violence that occur to students in the elementary school environment due to the diversity of ethnicity, religion, race and culture. It is the difficulty of building a sense of tolerance among students that causes cases of intolerance and violence. The Merdeka Curriculum that is currently implemented focuses on strengthening character with the Pancasila Student Profile, one of the dimensions of which is global diversity. Global diversity must be owned by students because the world is full of diversity amid the threat of disintegration. The purpose of this study was to determine how far the impact of the implementation of the Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project on the global diversity dimension of students in grade 5 of Yos Sudarso Cigugur Elementary School. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with a case study approach to deeply analyze the impact of the implementation of the Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project on the dimensions of global diversity of students. The main subjects in this study were 30 grade 5 students at Yos Sudarso Cigugur Elementary School. Data collection instruments include observation, interview and document study. The data analysis technique used refers to the Miles and Huberman model which includes data collection, data reduction, data displaying and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of the Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project had an impact on increasing the dimensions of global diversity in students. Overall, grade 5 students at Yos Sudarso Cigugur Elementary School have achieved 82% of the global diversity indicators. The percentage of achievement shows that the global diversity character of students in grade 5 of Yos Sudarso Cigugur Elementary School has entered into the criteria of developing as expected.
