Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior serta dampak terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan jenis penelitian korelasional dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melelui kuesioner melalui Google form dan angket yang disebarkan kepada responden pegawai Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Kuningan. Karena jumlah pegawai dibawah 100 orang maka sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu mengambil seluruh sampel sebanyak 62 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis (uji t dan f) sedangkan path analisis digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel organizational citizenship behavior sebagai mediator. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, organizational citizenship behavior dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa organizational citizenship behavior tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Leadership and Competence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the impact on Employee Performance. This research used survey method with correlational research type and quantitative approach. Primary data was collected through questionnaires through Google forms and questionnaires distributed to employee respondents of the Kuningan Regency Housing, Settlement and Land Agency. Because the number of employees is below 100 people, the research sample was taken using saturated sampling technique, namely taking the entire sample of 62 people. Data analysis was carried out using classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing (t and f tests) while path analysis was used to test the effect of organizational citizenship behavior variables as mediators. The results of the analysis show that leadership and competence have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, this study shows the results that organizational citizenship behavior is not able to mediate the effect of leadership and competence on employee performance.
