Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja (Survei Pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Kuningan). Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Kuningan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 41 karyawan. Teknik sampling menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan teknik angket. Skala angket yang digunakan berupa skala ordinal 1-5. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda yang dibantu dengan aplikasi SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (2) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (3) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (4) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction (Survey at the Kuningan Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office). This research fell under the category of descriptive quantitative research. The study population consisted of all employees of the Kuningan Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office. The study sample comprised 41 employees. The sampling technique employed a non-probability sample method to gather data through questionnaires. The questionnaire scale utilised was a Ordinalt scale ranging from 1 to 5. The data was analysed using multiple linear regression analysis utilised SPSS 26 instruments. The findings of this study demonstrated that Motivation, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction affected Employee Performance simultaneously. (2) Motivation affected employee performance. (3) Work Discipline affected Employee Performance. (4) Job Satisfaction affected Employee Performance.
