Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif karena bermaksud mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh antara dua variabel atau lebih. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel bebas dan variabel disiplin kerja sebagai variabel terikat. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian adalah adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap disiplin kerja sebesar 73,6%. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Dengan kata lain, semakin efektif kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja, maka semakin tinggi pula disiplin kerja. Kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja perlu ditingkatkan lagi pada masa yang akan datang karena ketiga faktor tersebut merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi dan meningkatkan disiplin kerja.

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of leadership, work environment and work motivation on work discipline. This research is quantitative descriptive research because it aims to find out and analyze the influence between two or more variables. The variables in this research are leadership, work environment and work motivation as independent variables and work discipline variables as the dependent variable. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The results of the research were that the influence of leadership, work environment and work motivation together on work discipline was 73.6%. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. In other words, the more effective the leadership, work environment and work motivation, the higher the work discipline. Leadership, work environment and work motivation need to be improved in the future because these three factors are factors that can influence and improve work discipline.
