Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Umur Perusahaan dan
Kepemilikan Manajerial Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dengan indikator
profitabilitas, solvabilitas dan likuiditas pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan
pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 52 perusahaan dan
dijadikan sampel berjumlah 21 perusahaan atau 105 data. Teknik pengambilan
sampel yang digunakan adalah menggunakan rumus slovin dan diambil dengan cara quota sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan Bootstrappingmenunjukkan bahwa umur perusahaan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan indikator profitabilitas, solvabilitas dan likuiditas. Berdasarkanhasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan indikator profitabilitas dan likuiditas. Sedangkan pengaruh umur perusahaan dan kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan indikator solvabilitas.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Company Age and Managerial Ownership on Financial Performance with profitability, solvency and liquidity indicators in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The method used in this study is a verifiative descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study amounted to 52companies and was sampled as a total of 21 companies or 105 data. The sampling technique used is using the slovin formula and is taken by quota sampling. The data analysis technique used is using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. Based on the results of the hypothesis test by bootstrapping, it shows that the age of the company managerial ownership of financial performance with indicators of profitability, solvency and liquidity. Aware of the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of company size and managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on financial performance with profitability and liquidity indicators. While the influence of the age of the company, managerial ownership negatively affects financial performance with solvency indicators.
