PENGARUH NET WORKING CAPITAL, SALES GROWTH, LEVERAGE, CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, PROFITABILITAS, CASH FLOW DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP CASH HOLDING (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Pakaian Barang Mewah dan Barang Rumah Tangga yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022).

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan secara empiris dan menghasilkan model mengenai pengaruh Net Working Capital, Sales Growth, Leverage, Corporate Governnace, Profitabilitas, Cash Flow dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Cash holding. Populasi penelitian ini perusahaan sub sektor pakaian barang mewah dan barang rumah tangga yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022 yaitu sebanyak 35 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu quota sampling, jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 25 perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi non partisipan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi data panel dengan menggunakan Eviews 9. Hasil uji goodness of fit (uji f) menunjukan bahwa model fit. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa net working capital, sales growth, ukuran dewan direksi dan cash flow berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap cash holding. Leverage dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif dan signifkan terhadap cash holding. Dewan komisaris independen, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap cash holding.
The purpose of this study is to empirically prove and produce a model regarding the effect of Net Working Capital, Sales Growth, Leverage, Corporate Governnace, Profitability, Cash Flow and Company Size on Cash holding. The population of this study is 35 companies in the clothing, luxury goods, and household goods sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique used is quota sampling, the number of research samples is 25 companies. The methods used in this study are descriptive and verifiative methods with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques through non-participant observation. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression using Eviews 9. The results of the goodness of fit test (f test) show that the model is fit. The results of the hypothesis test show that net working capital, sales growth, board of directors size and cash flow have a positive and significant effect. Leverage and institutional ownership have a negative and significant effect on cash holding. Independent board of commissioners, profitability and company size have a negative and insignificant effect on cash holding.
