Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Instansi Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kuningan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai mediator. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 119 responden dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 91 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu random sampling, metode pengambilan data menggunakan angket, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Hasil dari pengujian menyatakan bahwa: Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan motivasi tidak dapat memediasi secara signifikan pada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This research was conducted at the Kuningan Regency Civil Service Police Unit Agency. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance with motivation as a mediator. The population in this study was 119 respondents and the sample used was 91 respondents. The sampling technique used was random sampling, the data collection method used a questionnaire, the data analysis technique used in this research was path analysis. The results of the test state that: The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation can’t significantly mediate the effect of the work environment on employee performance.
