Abstract

Pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku di Z&J Cookies masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berisiko menyebabkan kekurangan maupun kelebihan stok. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem informasi persediaan berbasis web yang menerapkan metode Triple Exponential Smoothing dan Reorder Point untuk membantu perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku dan pengendalian persediaan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Waterfall sebagai model pengembangan sistem. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Metode Triple Exponential Smoothing digunakan untuk melakukan peramalan kebutuhan bahan baku, sedangkan Reorder Point digunakan untuk menentukan titik pemesanan kembali berdasarkan hasil peramalan, lead time, dan safety stock. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil menghasilkan peramalan kebutuhan bahan baku dan rekomendasi titik pemesanan kembali secara otomatis. Nilai rata-rata MAPE sebesar 15,4% termasuk kategori peramalan baik. Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan, White Box Testing menghasilkan Cyclomatic Complexity sebesar 3, dan User Acceptance Testing memperoleh nilai 95,24% dengan kategori Sangat Baik. Sistem informasi yang dibangun mampu membantu pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku secara lebih efektif dan terukur melalui peramalan kebutuhan serta rekomendasi pemesanan kembali. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem dinyatakan layak digunakan pada Z&J Cookies untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan persediaan bahan baku.

The management of raw material inventory at Z&J Cookies is still done manually, which risks causing stock shortages or surpluses. This research aims to build a web-based inventory information system that applies the Triple Exponential Smoothing and Reorder Point methods to assist in raw material requirement planning and inventory control. The research uses the Waterfall method as the system development model. Data collection is conducted through observation, interviews, and literature study. The Triple Exponential Smoothing method is used to peramalan raw material needs, while the Reorder Point is used to determine the Reorder Point based on the peramalan results, lead time, and safety stock. The research results show that the system successfully generates raw material demand peramalans and Reorder Point recommendations automatically. The average MAPE value of 15.4% falls into the good peramalaning category. Black Box Testing shows that all system functions operate as required, White Box Testing yields a Cyclomatic Complexity of 3, and User Acceptance Testing achieves a score of 95.24% in the Very Good category. The information system developed is capable of assisting in the management of raw material inventory more effectively and measurably thru demand peramalaning and reorder recommendations. Based on the test results, the system is suitable for use at Z&J Cookies to assist in making raw material inventory decisions.
