Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana disiplin kerja memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pada perangkat desa Se-Kecamatan Garawangi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskripttif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 180 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 124 responden yang merupakan perangkat desa Se-Kecamatan Garawangi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Skala kuesioner yang digunakan adalah 1-7. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t, berbantuan aplikasi SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja 2) Disiplin kerja dapat memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja secara positif dan signifikan.

The aim of this research was to find out how work disciplined moderated the influence of competed on performance in village officials in Garawangi Sub-district. This type of research was quantitative descriptive used a survey method. The population in this study was 180 peoples. The research sample was 124 respondents whom were village officials in Garawangi Sub-district. The data collection technique used a questionnaire technique. The questionnaire scale used was 1-7. Data analysis were using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), hypothesis testing using t-test assisted by SPSS 27 application. The results of this research show that: 1) Competed had a positive and significant effect on performance 2) Work Disciplined could moderated the influence of competed on performance positively and significantly.
