Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran good corporate governance, struktur modal, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Mengetahui pengaruh good corprate governance terhadap kinerja keuangan, mengetahui struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan, menegtahui ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan sub sektor Healthcare yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2019-2023. Populasi dan sampel yaitu perusahaan sub sektor Healthcare yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kriteria sampel yang menjadikan 9 perusahaan sebagai sampel atau 45 laporan keuangan perusahaan. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Eviews ver12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa good corporate governance (Dewan Komisaris Independen) pada perusahaan sub sektor Healthcare berpengaruh positif, struktur modal (Debt to Equity Ratio) berpengaruh negatif signifikan dan ukuran perusahaan (LN Total asset) berpengaruh negatif sinifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (Return On Asset).

The aim of this research is to describe the picture of good corporate governance, capital structure, and firm size. To determine the influence of good corporate governance on financial performance, to understand the impact of capital structure on financial performance, and to analyze the effect of firm size on financial performance in healthcare sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. The population and sample consist of healthcare sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with sample criteria that yield 9 companies as samples or 45 financial statements. This test was conducted using Eviews version 12. The results of this study indicate that good corporate governance in healthcare sub-sector companies has a positive effect, capital structure has a significant negative effect,and firm size has a significant negative effect.
