Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial literacy dan financial self efficacy terhadap financial well being dengan financial behavior sebagai variabel mediasi pada Generasi Sandwich di Kabupaten Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah generasi sandwich di Kabupaten Kuningan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan rumus Lemeshow sebanyak 384 responden. Kemudian dilakukan analisis data kuantitatif melalui uji outer model, uji inner model dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SEM PLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan financial literacy terhadap financial behavior, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan financial self efficacy terhadap financial behavior, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan financial literacy terhadap financial well being, tidak terdapat pengaruh financial self efficacy terhadap financial well being, dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan financial behavior terhadap financial well being, serta terdapat peran positif dan signifikan financial behavior sebagai mediasi antara financial literacy dan financial self efficacy terhadap financial well being.

This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy and financial self-efficacy on financial well-being with financial behavior as a mediating variable among the Sandwich Generation in Kuningan Regency. The research employed a descriptive-verificative method. The population in this study consists of the Sandwich Generation in Kuningan Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with the Lemeshow formula resulting in 384 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative methods, including outer model testing, inner model testing, and hypothesis testing through the SEM PLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, financial self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial well-being, financial self-efficacy does not have a significant effect on financial well-being, financial behavior has a positive and significant effect on financial well-being, and financial behavior plays a positive and significant mediating role between financial literacy and financial self-efficacy on financial well-being.
