PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, KOMPETENSI SERTA PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh : Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Pengembangan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi Kerja, Kompetensi, Serta Pelatihan dan Pengembangan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Optik Zolaris. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala Interval sebagai instrumennya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Karyawan di Optik Zolaris. Sampel diambil sebanyak 40 responden dengan menggunakan Sampling Jenuh, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi di gunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Pengembangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi Kerja, Kompetensi, serta Pelatihan dan Pengembangan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

This study aimed to determine the effects of: Work Motivation on Employee Performance, Competence on Employee Performance, Training on Employee Performance, Development on Employee Performance, and Work Motivation, Competence, as well as Training and Development on Employee Performance at Zolaris Optics. The research utilized a questionnaire with an interval scale measurement as the instrument. The population of this study consisted of employees at Zolaris Optics. A sample of 40 respondents was taken using saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique where all members of the population were used as the sample. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The research results indicated that: Work Motivation did not have an effect on Employee Performance. Competence had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Training did not have an effect on Employee Performance. Development did not have an effect on Employee Performance. Work Motivation, Competence, as well as Training and Development together had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
