Abstract

FERA AZMII AQIL A’ISY. 20200510066. Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Promosi Online Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Xiaomi (Survey Pada Masyarakat Kabupaten Kuningan). Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Kuningan 2024.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Promosi Online terhadap Keputusan Pembelian smartphone Xiaomi pada Masyarakat Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah dengan metode survei explanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kabupaten Kuningan. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 110 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yag penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan pengukurannya menggunakan skala likert 1-5. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang dibantu dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara Kualitas Produk dan Promosi Online terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Promosi online terhadap keputusan pembelian.

FERA AZMII AQIL A'ISY. 20200510066. The Influence of Product Quality and Online Promotion on Xiaomi Smartphone Purchase Decisions (Survey on the People of Kuningan Regency). Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Kuningan 2024.
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Product Quality and Online Promotion on Xiaomi smartphone Purchase Decisions in the People of Kuningan Regency. The method used in the study is the explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the people of Kuningan district. The sample in this study was taken as many as 110 respondents. The data collection technique that the author used in this study was a questionnaire and its measurement using a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 25 application. The results of this study show that: (1) There is a simultaneous influence between Product Quality and Online Promotion on Purchasing Decisions (2) There is a positive and significant influence of product Quality on purchasing decisions (3) There is a positive and significant influence of online Promotion on purchasing decisions.
