Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pelatihan, keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai UPT Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Kuningan yang berjumlah 52 pegawai. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan pengukurannya menggunakan skala likert, data yang didapat diolah dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS Statistic. Pembuktian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif verifikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (H1) Variabel Pelatihan, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (H2) Variabel pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, (H3) Variabel Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, (H4) Variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aimed to examine the influence of training, occupational safety and health (OSH), and work environment on employee performance. The sample in this study consisted of all employees of the Fire Department of Kuningan District, totaling 52 employees. The method used by the author in this study was a survey method using a questionnaire and measurement using a Likert scale. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS Statistics software. Hypothesis testing was conducted using descriptive verification analysis techniques. The results of the study indicated that: (H1) The variables of training, occupational safety and health, and work environment simultaneously and significantly influenced employee performance, (H2) The training variable positively and significantly influenced employee performance, (H3) The occupational safety and health variable positively and significantly influenced employee performance, (H4) The work environment variable positively and significantly influenced employee performance.
