Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Di Kabupaten Kuningan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survei, Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 225 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 225 responden yang merupakan karyawan Hotel Di Kabupaten Kuningan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Skala kuesioner yang digunakan adalah 1-10. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji f (simultan) dan uji t (parsial) berbantu aplikasi SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 2) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 4) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

This study aimed to examine how transformational leadership style, work environment, and compensation influenced job satisfaction among hotel employees in Kuningan Regency. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method using a survey approach. The population consisted of 225 employees, and the total sample also included 225 respondents who were employees of hotels in Kuningan Regency. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 10. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing through F-test (simultaneous) and t-test (partial) with the assistance of SPSS 23 software. The results showed that : 1) transformational leadership style, work environment, and compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. and 4) compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
