Penerapan teknologi informasi dalam mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan merupakan kebutuhan penting bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Weighted Product (WP) di perusahaan Dudung Cosmetics. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu dalam proses pemilihan alternatif terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan secara objektif dan terstruktur. Metode Weighted Product dipilih karena memiliki keunggulan dalam mengolah data multikriteria melalui perhitungan perkalian yang mempertimbangkan bobot setiap kriteria. Sistem yang dibangun mampu menyajikan hasil perhitungan yang akurat serta memudahkan manajemen dalam mengambil keputusan secara tepat dan efisien. Selain mendukung pengambilan keputusan, sistem ini juga berperan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan karyawan mengenai konsep dasar dan penerapan metode Weighted Product, sehingga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kemampuan analitis di lingkungan kerja. Implementasi SPK menunjukkan hasil yang baik, mudah digunakan, dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi proses bisnis perusahaan. Dalam sistem ini, bobot kriteria ditentukan berdasarkan jenis kulit: Tingkat Minyak di Wajah, Tingkat Kekeringan Kulit, Tingkat, Sensitivitas Kulit, Sertifikat Produk dan Harga. Produk dengan nilai tertinggi adalah Azarine Hydrasoothe Sunscreen sebesar 0,123, sedangkan nilai terendah diperoleh oleh The Originote Ceramella Sunscreen sebesar 0,072. Sistem ini mampu memberikan rekomendasi secara objektif dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data.

The implementation of information technology in supporting decision-making processes has become a crucial need for companies to enhance operational effectiveness. This study aims to implement a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Weighted Product (WP) method at Dudung Cosmetics. The system is designed to assist in selecting the best alternatives based on predefined criteria in an objective and structured manner. The Weighted Product method is chosen for its advantages in processing multi-criteria data through multiplication calculations that consider the weight of each criterion. The developed system is capable of producing accurate calculation results and helps management make precise and efficient decisions. In addition to supporting decision-making, the system also contributes to improving employees' understanding of the fundamental concepts and application of the Weighted Product method, thereby enhancing analytical capabilities within the workplace. The implementation of the DSS yielded positive results, proving to be user-friendly and adding value to the company’s business processes. In this system, the criteria weights are determined based on skin types: Facial Oil Level, Skin Dryness Level, Skin Sensitivity Level, Product Certificate and Price. The product with the highest score is Azarine Hydrasoothe Sunscreen at 0,123, while the lowest score is obtained by The Originote Ceramella Sunscreen at 0,072.
