Untuk analisis data dalam penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Pelatihan, Kompensasi, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
2) Pelatihan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,
3) Kompensasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,
4) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a measurement scale using an interval scale. For data analysis, the study showed that 1) Training, Compensation, and Work Motivation had a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
2) Training had no significant effect on employee performance,
3) Compensation had a significant effect on employee performance,
4) Motivation had a significant effect on employee performance.
