Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepercayaan Pasien di UPTD Puskesmas DTP Darma. Untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien di UPTD Puskesmas DTP Darma. Untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Citra di UPTD Puskesmas DTP Darma. Untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan terhadap Kepercayaan Pasien di UPTD Puskesmas DTP Darma. Untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh Citra terhadap Kepercayaan Pasien di UPTD Puskesmas DTP Darma. Untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis Kepuasan Pasien dapat memediasi pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepercayaan Pasien di UPTD Puskesmas DTP Darma. Untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis Citra Puskesmas dapat memediasi pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepercayaan Pasien di UPTD Puskesmas DTP Darma. Penelitian menggunakan metode Survey, dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif verifikatif. populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan pasien yang berkunjung ke UPTD Puskesmas DTP Darma. besaran sampel menggunakan tabel sampel dari Krejcie and Morgan sebanyak 331 responden. Data dianalisis dengan Metode SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pasien pada UPTD Puskesmas DTP Darma. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien pada UPTD Puskesmas DTP Darma. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra pada UPTD Puskesmas DTP Darma. Kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pasien pada UPTD Puskesmas DTP Darma. Citra berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pasien pada UPTD Puskesmas DTP Darma. Kepuasan dapat memediasi Kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepercayaan pasien pada UPTD Puskesmas DTP Darma. Citra dapat memediasi Kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepercayaan pasien pada UPTD Puskesmas DTP Darma.
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of service quality on patient trust at the UPTD DTP Darma Health Center. To study and analyze the influence of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction at the UPTD DTP Darma Health Center. To study and analyze the influence of Service Quality on Image at the UPTD DTP Darma Health Center. To study and analyze the influence of Satisfaction on Patient Trust at the UPTD DTP Darma Health Center. To study and analyze the influence of image on patient trust at the UPTD DTP Darma Health Center. To study and analyze Patient Satisfaction can mediate the influence of Service Quality on Patient Trust at the UPTD DTP Darma Health Center. To study and analyze the image of the health center can mediate the influence of service quality on patient trust at the UPTD DTP Darma Health Center. The research uses a survey method, with a descriptive verification analysis approach. The population in this study were patients who visited the UPTD DTP Darma Health Center. The sample size used a sample table from Krejcie and Morgan of 331 respondents. Data were analyzed using the PLS SEM method. The results of the study show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient trust in the UPTD DTP Darma Health Center. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the UPTD DTP Darma Health Center. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on the image of the UPTD DTP Darma Health Center. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient trust in the UPTD DTP Darma Health Center. Image has a positive and significant effect on patient trust in the UPTD DTP Darma Health Center. Satisfaction can mediate the quality of service towards patient trust in the UPTD DTP Darma Health Center. Image can mediate the quality of service towards patient trust in the UPTD DTP Darma Health Center.
