Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bukti empiris yang dapat menjelaskan pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, kinerja lingkungan, Diversitas Gender Dewan Komisaris dan Diversitas Gender Dewan Direksi terhadap target pencapaian
sustainable development goals (studi empiris pada perusahaan industri barang konsumsi primer yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif dengan jenis data kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang tergabung dalam sektor industri barang konsumsi primer yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun periode 2018 – 2022 sebanyak 124 perusahaan dengan sampel 60 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi non-partisipan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian uji f (goodness of fit) menunjukkan model fit. Serta hasil uji t (parsial) menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, leverage, kinerja lingkungan, diversitas gender dewan komisaris dan diversitas gender dewan direksi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap terhadap target pencapaian sustainable development goals.

This study aims to analyze how the influence of profitability, leverage, environmental performance, gender diversity of the board commissioners and gender diversity of the board directors on achievement targets of sustainable development goals (empirical study of consumer non - cyclical industrial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2022 period). The methods used in this research are descriptive methods and verification methods with quantitative data types. The population in this study were companies incorporated in consumer non - cyclical industrial on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018 - 2022 period of 124 companies with a sample of 60 companies. The data analysis technique in data collection used is non-participant observation using panel data regression analysis. Goodness of fit test result show the fit model. And the results of the t (partial)test show that profitability, leverage, environmental performance, gender diversity of the board commissioners and gender diversity of the board directors have a significant positive effect on achievement targets of sustainable development goals.
