Abstract

Toko Olivia Cell Merah adalah salah satu toko yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan elektronik telekomunikasi di Kabupaten Majalengka, Jawa Barat, yang di miliki oleh Vern Regina Novianty. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem e-commerce berbasis web dengan model Business to Customer (B2C) yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses penjualan dan mendukung keputusan pembelian oleh pelanggan. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metodologi Agile Scrum, yang melibatkan beberapa tahapan iteratif untuk memastikan kebutuhan pengguna dan pemilik toko terpenuhi secara optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus pada Toko Olivia Cell Merah dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing Toko Olivia Cell Merah di pasar online.

Olivia Cell Merah is a telecommunications electronics store based in Majalengka Regency, West Java, owned by Vern Regina Novianty. This research focuses on designing and developing a web-based e-commerce platform with a Business-to-Customer (B2C) model to improve the efficiency of the sales process and support customers in making informed purchasing decisions. The system is developed using the Agile Scrum methodology, which involves iterative stages to ensure the needs of both users and the store owner are effectively addressed. The research adopts a case study approach, with data collected through observations and interviews at Olivia Cell Merah. The findings of this study are expected to enhance the store's operational efficiency and strengthen its competitive position in the online marketplace
