Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.ASP Land Development. Kinerja karyawan memiliki dampak yang sangat penting terhadap kinerja perusahaan karena berkaitan dengan pencapaian target perusahaan. Fenomena yang terjadi pada PT. ASP Land Development dapat dilihat dari hasil key performance indicator atau penilaian kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah responden 46 karyawan PT. ASP Land Development. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada karyawan PT. ASP Land Development dengan menggunakan skala interval. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini telah diuji valid dan reliabel. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Work life balance dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) Work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This research aims to determine the influence of work-life balance and job stress on employee performance at PT.ASP Land Development. Employee performance has a critical impact on company performance as it relates to achieving company targets. The phenomenon at PT. ASP Land Development can be observed from the results of key performance indicators or employee performance assessments. The method used in this study is descriptive and verificative with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling with 46 respondents from PT. ASP Land Development. Data collection in this study was conducted through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. ASP Land Development using an interval scale. The instruments in this study were tested for validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Work-life balance and job stress have a significant influence on employee performance. (2) Work-life balance has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (3) Job stress has a negative and significant influence on employee performance.
