Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Perumda Bank Kuningan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 105 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan bantuan perangkat SPSS 23. Hasil dari pengujian menyatakan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kompensasi, Kepemimpinan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Berpengaruh Secara Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of compensation, leadership, and work environment on the performance of Perumda Bank Kuningan employees. The population in this study is 105 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire method. To test the hypothesis in this study, the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis technique was used with the help of the SPSS 23 device. The results of the test stated that Compensation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Leadership had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance The Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Compensation, Leadership and Work Environment had a significant effect on Employee Performance.
