Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh dari Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek, dan Persepsi Harga terhadap Brand Switching Behavior yang dilakukan oleh para pengguna Smartphone yang pernah menggunakan Brand Samsung, namun telah berpindah ke Brand Smartphone lain di Kecamatan Kuningan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 110 responden. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek dan Persepsi Harga dari merek Smartphone yang digunakan sekarang secara bersama sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Brand Switching Behavior dari produk Smartphone Samsung ke merek Smartphone lain. Kualitas Produk dari merek Smartphone yang digunakan sekarang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Switching Behavior dari Smartphone Samsung ke merek Smartphone lain. Citra Merek dari merek Smartphone yang digunakan sekarang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap Brand Switching Behavior dari Smartphone Samsung ke merek Smartphone lain. Persepsi Harga dari merek Smartphone yang digunakan sekarang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap Brand Switching Behavior dari Smartphone Samsung ke merek Smartphone lain.

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, brand image and price perception on brand switching behavior carried out by former Samsung smartphone users in Kuningan District. The method used in this research was conducted using quantitative methods. The number of samples in this study was 110 respondents. The data collection technique in this research use multiple linear analysis. The research results show that Product Quality, Brand Image and Price Perception of the Smartphone brand currently used together had a significant influence on Brand Switching Behavior from Samsung Smartphone products to other Smartphone brands. The product quality of the Smartphone brand used now had a positive and significant influence on Brand Switching Behavior from Samsung Smartphones to other Smartphone brands. The brand image of the smartphone brand currently used had a positive and significant influence on brand switching behavior from Samsung smartphones to other smartphone brands. The price perception of the Smartphone brand currently used had a positive and significant effect on Brand Switching Behavior from Samsung Smartphones to other Smartphone brands.
