Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kompensasi Dan Job Brunout Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Fajar Toserba Jalaksana Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan fajar Jalaksana. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 126 responden. Teknik sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket. Skala angket yang digunakan berupa skala interval 1-10. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan path analysis yang dibantu dengan aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompensasi dan Job Brunout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (2) Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (3) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (4) Job Brunout berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership, compensation and job loss on employee performance at Fajar Department Store, Jalaksana. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of Fajar Jalaksana. The sample in this study was 126 respondents. The sample technique uses a non- probability sampling method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire technique. The questionnaire scale used is an interval scale of 1-10. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis assisted by the SPSS 20 application. The results of this research show that: (1) Transformational Leadership, Compensation and Job Brunout have a positive and significant effect together on Employee Performance (2) Transformational Leadership has an effect positive and significant on Employee Performance (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (4) Job Brunout has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance.
