profitabilitas sebesar 76,19% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 23

This study aims to analyze the extent of the Effect of Capital Adequacy, Liquidity,
and Operational Efficiency on Profitability in Sharia Commercial Banks in
Indonesia both simultaneously and partially. The method used is a descriptive and
verifiative research method, using a sample of financial statements at 12 Sharia
Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2019-2023 period. Sampling is carried out
using the saturated sample method. The analysis method used in this study is
regression of panel data with the fixed effect model method using the eviews12
program and to test the formulation of problems using the F test and t test. Based
on the results of regression analysis of panel data in this study, it is known that
capital adequacy has a positive and significant effect on profitability, liquidity has
a positive and significant effect on profitability, and operational efficiency has a
negative and significant effect on partial profitability. Simultaneously capital
adequacy, liquidity, and operational efficiency have a significant influence on
profitability, these three variables greatly affect the ups and downs of profitability.
The coefficient of determination (R2) test shows that capital adequacy, liquidity and
operational efficiency affect profitability by 76,19% while the remaining 23,81% is
influenced by other variables not studied by this study.
