Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Merek dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian secara parsial dan simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengguna aplikasi oniline shop ladaza di Kabupaten Kuningan, sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian yaitu sebanyak 130 responden. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukurannya menggunakan skala ordinal. Untuk analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, 2) Citra Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian 3) Gaya Hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian 4). Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Merek, dan Gaya Hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan Pembelian.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Brand Image and Lifestyle on Purchasing Decisions partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is a descriptive and verification method using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were users of the online shop Ladaza application in Kuningan Regency. The sample used for the research was 130 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with the measurement scale using an ordinal scale. For data analysis in this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used. The results of the research show that 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 2) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions 3) Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions 4). Service Quality, Brand Image and Lifestyle have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.
