Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Kuningan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara menyebar kuesioner dan pengukurannya menggunakan skala interval. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang dibantu dengan sofware IBM SPSS versi 23.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan iklim organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (2) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai . (4) Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of this study was to determine The influence of Leadership, Work
Motivation, And Organizational Climate On Employee Performance. The method
used was quantitative method with descriptive and verificative analysis. The
population in this study was all Civil Servants of the Department of Labor and
Transmigration of Kuningan Regency. The sampling technique used was
saturated. Data collection technique in this study was done by distributing
questionnaires and measurement using interval scale. Data analysis used multiple
linear regression assisted by IBM SPSS software version 23.0. Based on the
results of the research conducted, it was shown that (1) Leadership, work
motivation, and organizational climate simultaneously have a positive and
significant effect on employee performance. (2) Leadership has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance. (3) Work motivation has a positive
and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Organizational climate has a
positive and significant effect on employee performance.
