Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas V SD Negeri 1 Ciporang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SD Negeri 1 Ciporang. Metode penelitian
yang digunakan yaitu metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Adapun yang menjadi subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V dengan jumlah kelas VA 31 orang dan kelas VB sebanyak 32 orang. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu uji normalitas, homogenitas, uji T, dan uji gain. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan
yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh thitung=2,1996 > ttabel= 1,9996 dan pada perhitungan gain kelas eksperimen memperoleh rata-rata gain 0,64 denan kriteria sedang, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai rata-rata gain 0,47 dengan kriteria sedang. Berdasarkan penelitian dan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan dan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa antara kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dengan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Make a Match.

This research was motivated by the problem of low student learning outcomes in

Indonesian language subjects in class V of SD Negeri 1 Ciporang. This research
aims to determine and describe the influence of the Project Based Learning
(PjBL) learning model on student learning outcomes in Indonesian language
subjects at SD Negeri 1 Ciporang. The research method used is a quasiexperimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The subjects in
this research were class V students with 31 people in class VA and 32 people in
class VB. The techniques used to analyze data in this research are normality test,
homogeneity test, T test and gain test. Based on the results of the calculations that
have been carried out, tcount = 2.1996 > ttable = 1.9996 and in the gain
calculation the experimental class obtained an average gain of 0.64 with medium
criteria, while the control class obtained an average gain value of 0.47 with
medium criteria. Based on the research and calculations that have been carried
out, it can be concluded that there are differences and improvements in student
learning outcomes between the experimental class which uses the Project Based
Learning learning model and the control class which uses the Make a Match
learning model.
