Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Struktur Kepemilikan, Investment Opportunity Set, Kualitas Audit, dan Likuiditas Terhadap Kualitas Laba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 93 perusahaan sektor barang konsumen primer yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022 dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 57 perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dan sumber datanya adalah data sekunder. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Deskriptif dan Verifikatif dan didapatkan model fixed effect yang paling baik. Untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Goodness of Fit dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil model Fixed effect penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Struktur Kepemilikan, Investment Opportunity Set, Kualitas Audit, dan Likuiditas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laba.

This research aims to analyze Ownership Structure, Investment Opportunity Set, Audit Quality, and Liquidity on Earnings Quality. The population in this study was 93 companies in the primary consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period and the research sample was 57 companies using purposive sampling techniques. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data and the data source is secondary data. The data analysis model used was descriptive and verification analysis and the best fixed effect model was obtained. To test the hypothesis, use the Goodness of Fit test and t test. Based on the results of the Fixed Effect model, this research shows that Ownership Structure, Investment Opportunity Set, Audit Quality and Liquidity partially have a positive and significant effect on earnings quality.
