Kurikulum Merdeka adalah salah satu kebijakan kurikulum terbaru untuk menangani krisis pembelajaran setelah masa pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui problematika penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di Kecamatan Jalaksana. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian problematika penerapan kurikulum merdeka di Kecamatan Jalaksana, Kabupaten Kuningan antara lain; pertama, pada pelaksanaan standar isi sekitar 46% guru mengalami kendala seperti adanya keterbatasan ruang lingkup materi pelajaran dan kurangnya keterampilan menguasai teknologi; kedua, pada pelaksanaan standar proses sekitar 38% guru terkendala seperti guru menggunakan dokumen perencanan pembelajaran yang telah disediakan Kemendikbud tanpa mengembangkannya kembali yang meliputi capaian dan tujuan pembelajaran, strategi pembelajaran, memotivasi peserta didik, tidak melakukan ice breaking, dan kegiatan refleksi; ketiga, pada pelaksanaan standar penilaian sekitar 42% guru mengalami kendala seperti guru tidak mengembangkan atau menyesuaikan kembali tujuan penilaian, pengembangan soal dan pelaksanaan tes sumatif dan tes formatif, pengolahan penilaian serta pelaporan hasil penilaian; keempat, pada pelaksanaan standar kompetensi lulusan sekitar 40% guru mengalami kendala seperti saat menanamkan nilai-nilai ketuhanan, identitas diri dan budaya, kemudian menanamkan sikap peduli, perilaku berbagi, berkolaborasi, dan bertanggung jawab kepada peserta didik. Guru juga terkendala saat mencetak peserta didik agar memiliki kemampuan menyampaikan informasi, bertanya, menjelaskan, menyampaikan kembali informasi, literasi, dan numerasi.

The Merdeka Curriculum is one of the newest curriculum policies to deal with the learning crisis following the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of this research is to determine the problems of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in Jalaksana District. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative approach and case study research type. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation and documentation studies. Based on the results of research on the problems of implementing the Merdeka curriculum in Jalaksana District, Kuningan Regency, including; first, in implementing content standards around 46% of teachers experienced obstacles such as limited scope of subject matter and lack of skills in mastering technology; secondly, in the implementation of process standards, around 38% of teachers have problems, such as teachers using learning planning documents that have been provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture without developing them again, which include learning outcomes and objectives, learning strategies, motivating students, not carrying out ice breaking, and reflection activities; third, in the implementation of assessment standards, around 42% of teachers experienced problems such as teachers not developing or readjusting assessment objectives, developing questions and implementing summative and formative tests, processing assessments and reporting assessment results; fourth, in implementing graduate competency standards around 40% of teachers experience obstacles such as when instilling divine values, self-identity and culture, then instilling a caring attitude, sharing, collaborating and responsible behavior towards students. Teachers also have problems when developing students to have the ability to convey information, ask questions, explain, convey information, literacy and numeracy.
