Abstract

Desa Sukajaya menyediakan layanan informasi kepada masyarakat melalui kantor pelayanan desa dan WhatsApp. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, yaitu ketidakhadiran petugas dan respons yang lambat melalui WhatsApp. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya manusia. Hal ini membuat masyarakat sulit mendapatkan informasi dengan cepat dan mudah. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, Chatbot dapat membantu mengatasi masalah ini dengan menyediakan layanan informasi 24/7 yang lebih akurat dan relevan dengan menggunakan metode Natural Language Processing (NLP) dan model K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) diusulkan sebagai solusi. KNN adalah algoritma machine learning yang mengklasifikasikan atau memprediksi data baru berdasarkan K tetangga terdekatnya dalam dataset. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem chatbot layanan informasi menggunakan NLP di Desa Sukajaya. Metode prototipe digunakan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem. Dataset yang dikumpulkan dan dibuat sebanyak 102 topik. Hasil dari pengujian model chatbot ini menunjukan nilai akurasi model KNN mencapai 66.81%. Pengujian pada sistem chatbot ini menggunakan uji akurasi pertanyaan yang mendapatkan nilai akurasi 100% dari 10 pertanyaan. Dengan penerapan teknologi ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan informasi di Desa Sukajaya. Masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi yang mereka butuhkan kapanpun, dan chatbot dapat memahami dan merespons pertanyaan dengan lebih akurat dan relevan.

The village of Sukajaya provides information services to the community through the village service office and WhatsApp. However, there are several obstacles encountered, such as the absence of officers and slow responses via WhatsApp. This is due to time and human resource limitations. These issues make difficult for the community to quickly and easily obtain information. To address this problem, a chatbot can help by providing 24/7 information services that are more accurate and relevant using Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods and the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) model. KNN is a machine learning algorithm that classifies or predicts new data based on its K nearest neighbors in the dataset. This research aims to design and build an information service chatbot system using NLP in the village of Sukajaya. The prototype method was used to design and build the system. A dataset comprising 102 topics was collected and created. The results of the chatbot model testing showed that the KNN model achieved an accuracy rate of 66.81%. The chatbot system testing using accuracy tests for questions achieved an accuracy rate of 100% from 10 questions. With the implementation of this technology, it is expected to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of information services in the village of Sukajaya. The community can easily obtain the information they need at any time, and the chatbot can understand and respond to questions more accurately and relevantly.
